I have nothing, but great things to say about Del Amo Motorsports in Redondo Beach. I was always greeted with a smile and always asked if things were going smoothly. Everyone in there was knowledgable about all the products and anything else I had a question about. Even when I was just browsing around, all of my questions were answered immediately. I knew exactly what motorcycle I wanted going in there. It wasn’t in stock, but I knew there was a chance it wouldn’t be. SERGE helped me order my bike and it arrived fairly quickly. I got a Honda Shadow Phantom! When checking out, they made sure to go over all paperwork and everything about the bike and made sure I understood. They helped load the bike onto my pickup truck and I was on my way. I felt really comfortable from the time I walked in to the time I left. Thanks a lot to Serge and everyone else that helped make this small dream a big reality. I’ll see you all soon.

Everyone that assisted me with my purchase was friendly and knowledgeable. Alyssa was great working with my schedule and booking an appointment that worked for me. Manny and Sergio were extremely helpful with me and choosing my bike. When it came time to finance they were honest and allowed me to do my paperwork at my time. I would highly recommend this place for you to get your next bike.

My wife and I bought a brand new 2022 Can am spyder RT limited from this store on June 1st and when I was buying it I noticed the latch on the luggage compartment on the left side was not installed properly. I told our sales agent about and he did say that “yeah that should be fixed”. So, we did complete the buying process and all that and we headed home and waited for the vehicle to be delivered the next day. On the day of delivery that was the very first thing I looked at and it wasn’t fixed. So we called the dealership and they did apologize to us and told us “That shouldn’t have happened. We will fix it for you sir”. They wanted us to bring it back to the store but since it was very far from us, they referred us to their dealership in orange county (Santa Ana) which is a lot closer. So, I brought it in Saturday and told the service agent and the manager about what happened and again they did apologize for the inconvenience and they worked on it right away. And this is what made this dealership amazing. They knew service recovery had to be done right and they didn’t disappoint. Now it’s fixed and I’m amazed at how quickly and efficiently they rectified the situation. I didn’t even have to wait for an hour. They got to it like pronto! Great job Del Amo Motorsports! You guys are great! Will purchase my next bike from you guys again! Bravo!
